The ECARE digital platform is an innovative online tool designed to support the primary objectives and actions of the ECARE project, while also providing essential resources for its sustainability beyond the project's duration. This platform aims to streamline the collection, analysis, and dissemination of information, facilitating ongoing collaboration and enhancing regional and national capabilities.

The ECARE digital platform is comprised of three main components:

  1. Information  collection tool: This tool enables the continuous gathering and updating of data related to regional and national funding programs, funded projects and stakeholders competences. This dynamic tool ensures that stakeholders have visibility and access to the most current and relevant information, aiding in informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  2. Information  databases and mapping tools: The platform includes comprehensive databases on funding opportunities, funded projects and stakeholders competences with specialized mapping tools that direct stakeholders to pertinent sources of information. These resources are tailored to meet the specific needs of users, ensuring they can easily find and utilize the information that is most relevant to their interests and objectives.
  3. Collaboration  spaces: These spaces are equipped with various functionalities, such as creation of groups, discussion forumsfile sharing and events promotion. These features promote synergies by facilitating communication and cooperation among stakeholders, encouraging the sharing of ideas and resources to achieve common goals.
