Unique facilities for research and rental for stratospheric flight test with High Attitude Pseudo-Satellites (HAPS). Its objective is to develop a HAPS (stratospheric airport) center at the Teruel Airport site for launching satellites into the stratosphere to monitor atmospheric gas emissions, among other environmental activities.
