Modernization of SIS-Industrie’s Production Facility to Expand Market Reach and Enhance Competitiveness

SIS-Industrie is a company specializing in the machining of stainless steels mainly for the aeronautics market with the supply of complex parts. SIS-Industrie's aeronautics customers are looking for a French offer. Thus, in order to expand its offer on "machining" type products and be competitive with international competition, SIS-Industrie wishes to modernize its production tool with the acquisition of a 5-axis robotic machining center, 3D measuring equipment and the implementation of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES). SIS-Industrie est une entreprise spécialisée dans l'usinage des aciers inoxydables principalement pour le marché de l’aéronautique avec la fourniture de pièces complexes. Les clients de l’aéronautique de SIS-Industrie sont demandeurs d’une offre française. Ainsi, afin d’élargir son offre sur des produits de type « usinage » et être compétitif vis-à-vis de la concurrence internationale, SIS-Industrie souhaite moderniser son outil de production avec l’acquisition d’un centre d’usinage 5 axes robotisé, d’un équipement de mesure 3D et d’une implémentation d’un Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Le projet permettra également une meilleur attractivité pour emporter de nouveaux marchés : ferroviaire, sport de montagne, équipement sanitaire.
