Enhancing Production Flow and Automation at Techci Rhône-Alpes

Techci Rhône-Alpes specializes in the manufacture of high value-added printed circuits, mainly for aeronautics and defense, but also for railways, medical, and telecoms. The SIMTRA project aims to transform the flow of production, through the implementation of automation, multi-axis loading and unloading robots, and conveyor carts; this project will reduce handling and reduce repetitive manual tasks.

Techci Rhône-Alpes est spécialisée dans la fabrication de circuits imprimés à forte valeur ajoutée, principalement pour l'aéronautique et la Défense, mais aussi pour le ferroviaire, le médical, ou les télécoms. Le projet SIMTRA vise à transformer la transitique du flux de production, au travers de la mise en place d’automatismes, de robots de chargement et de déchargement multiaxes et de chariots de convoyage ; ce projet permettra de réduire les manipulations, diminuer les tâches manuelles répétitives.
