Development of a High-Tech, Digitalized Production Cell for Diversified Applications in Aerospace, Defense, and Space Sectors

HITIM Group SOROME-GEMMA is an SME with two establishments, the GEMMA site located in ANNECY in Haute Savoie and the SOROME site in LE COTEAU in the Loire (42). With more than 50 years of experience, HITIM group is a recognized player in the high-precision mechanical production of complex parts and assemblies with high technicality requiring a lot of know-how mastered internally by the group. The group's main field of activity is aeronautics (85% of turnover). In 2019, it employed 176 employees and achieved a turnover of €18 million, 20% of which was exported and 85% in the aeronautics sector. This project is aimed at diversifying activity in a sector with strong international competition. The aim is to design and develop an ultra-modern and digitalised production cell (4.0) for the manufacture of parts used in various applications (military, surveillance, space). HITIM Group expects to achieve a turnover of €22 million by 2025, of which €2 million is linked to this project. The development of the company could generate up to 10 direct jobs linked to the project.

Avec plus de 50 ans d’expérience, HITIM group est un acteur reconnu dans la production mécanique de haute précision de pièces et ensembles complexes à forte technicité nécessitant de nombreux savoir-faire maitrisés en interne par le groupe. Le principal domaine d’activité du groupe est l’aéronautique (85% du CA). En 2019, elle emploie 176 salariés et a réalisé un CA de 18 M€ dont 20 % à l’export et 85 % dans le secteur aéronautique. Ce projet s’adresse à une diversification d’activité dans un secteur fortement concurrencé à l’international. Il s’agit de concevoir et développer une cellule de production ultramoderne et digitalisée (4.0) pour la fabrication de pièces utilisés dans divers applications (militaires, surveillance, spatial. HITIM Group compte réaliser d’ici 2025 un CA de 22 M€ dont 2 M€ liés à ce projet. Le développement de l’entreprise pourrait générer jusqu' à 10 emplois directs liés au projet.
