Ascendance Flight Technologies is a French start-up that develops technological solutions aimed at decarbonizing aviation and building a new air mobility sector. Designed as an alternative to the helicopter, its first product, the ATEA, is a hybrid electric vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft, reducing the environmental impact of air transport, as well as its noise pollution and cost.
