The Institut de Soudure is an Industrial Technical Center for Welding and associated controls in France. Providing solutions in the field of welding, assembly, associated controls and training both in France and internationally, the institute contributes to the operational efficiency of its customers through innovation, technology transfer, skills development and training in innovative welding technologies for the aeronautics, energy and chemical sectors. With this project, the company aims to modernize its welding equipment, in particular to move upmarket by integrating a new welding technology called ISW (induction welding of thermoplastic composites - proprietary process of Institut de Soudure).

L'institut de Soudure est un Centre Technique Industriel du Soudage et des contrôles associés en France. Apporteur de solutions dans le domaine du soudage, de l’assemblage, des contrôles associés et de la formation tant en France qu’à l’international, l'institut contribue à l’efficacité opérationnelle de ses clients par l’innovation, le transfert technologique, la montée en compétence et la formation aux technologies innovantes de soudage pour les secteurs de l’aéronautique, l’énergie et la chimie. Avec ce projet l'entreprise vise à moderniser ses équipements de soudage, afin notamment de monter en gamme en intégrant une nouvelle technologie de soudage dite ISW (soudage par induction de composites thermoplastiques – procédé propriétaire d’Institut de Soudure).
