Electravia's Smart and Sustainable Factory for Carbon Composite Components in Light Aviation

ELECTRAVIA designs and manufactures ultra-light carbon-titanium Hi-Tech propellers for aircraft, microlights and drones in workshops located at the Sisteron-Vaumeilh aerodrome. ELECTRAVIA's project is to build a new smart and eco-responsible factory dedicated to the manufacture of carbon composite parts for light aviation in order to diversify its offer and meet the strong export demand. The workshops will be equipped with numerically controlled machining centers, robots and an additive manufacturing machine. 35 jobs could be created thanks to this project and 35 will be maintained.

ELECTRAVIA conçoit et fabrique des hélices Hi-Tech ultra légères en carbone-titane pour avions, ULM et drones dans des ateliers situés sur l’aérodrome de Sisteron-Vaumeilh. Le projet d’ELECTRAVIA est de construire une nouvelle usine intelligente et éco-responsable dédiée à la fabrication de pièces composites carbone pour l’aviation légère afin de diversifier son offre er faire face à la forte demande à l’export. Les ateliers seront équipés de centres d'usinages à commandes numériques, de robots et d'une machine de fabrication additive. 35 emplois pourront être créés grâce à ce projet et 35 seront maintenus.
