Industrial Modernization and Market Diversification for FSPone's Leadership in Specialty Metal Wires and Strands

FSPone specializes in the design, manufacture and sale of special, high-tech wires and strands for aeronautics, medical and high-tech industries. The "OverTake" project should allow FSPone to continue investing in production equipment, R&D and product/market development to strengthen its global leadership in specialty wires and strands. It consists of two sub-projects: - Modernize the Electrolysis Workshop by carrying out industrial modernization actions, improving environmental and energy performance as well as its digital transformation. - Accelerate the diversification of products/markets by using new processes/alloys, with the aim of conquering new markets in the medical, aerospace, military and Internet of Things sectors.

La Société FSPone est spécialisée dans la conception, la fabrication et la vente de fils et torons métalliques spéciaux, de haute technologie, pour l’aéronautique, le médical et l’industrie high tech. Le projet  «OverTake» doit permettre à FSPone de continuer à investir dans des équipements de production, de la R&D et du développement produits/marchés pour renforcer son leadership mondial sur les fils et torons de spécialités. Il est constitué de deux sous-projets : - Moderniser l’Atelier Electrolyse en menant des actions de modernisation industrielle, d’amélioration de la performance environnementale et énergétique ainsi que sa transformation numérique/digitale. - Accélérer la diversification des produits/marchés en utilisant de nouveaux process/alliages, dans le but de conquérir de nouveaux marchés, dans le médical, l’aérospatiale, le militaire, ainsi que l’Internet des Objets.
