JVmechanics, a subsidiary of JVgroup, is active in the machining and assembly of complex parts for the aeronautics, space and defense industries. The main objective of the project is to extend the JVmechanics Eysines site. This expansion will allow the company to integrate a new offer for the assembly of large aerostructure parts. The ambition is to create a unique location in the field of aeronautics subcontracting where sheet metal operations and the machining of parts, including composite materials, will also be carried out. The company will take advantage of this significant investment to acquire cutting-edge tools, in a logic of integrating a "factory of the future" type demand. In particular, the integration of 3D printing technologies (thermoplastic and metal) will offer customers the possibility of manufacturing parts in new materials.

JVmechanics, filiale de JVgroup, a pour activité l’usinage et l’assemblage de pièces complexes à destination de l’industrie aéronautique, spatiale et défense. Le projet a pour objectif principal l’extension du site d’Eysines de JVmechanics. Cet agrandissement permettra à l’entreprise d’intégrer une nouvelle offre d’assemblage de pièces d’aérostructure de grande dimension. L’ambition est de créer un lieu unique dans le domaine de la sous-traitance aéronautique où seront également effectuées des opérations de tôlerie et l’usinage de pièces, y compris en matériaux composites.
