The objective is the creation of material infrastructures or the regeneration of abandoned ones aimed at promoting the development of highly qualified human capital, multidisciplinary research, the creation and attraction of innovative companies. These interventions require extensive collaboration between universities, research centres, companies, public administrations and third sector organisations, enhancing the role of all the actors involved.
