EIGSI

University

EIGSI La Rochelle is a post-baccalaureate general engineering school. Our engineering training aims to combine the teaching of engineering techniques and knowledge of the industrial world, to enable graduates to best adapt to changes in their professional environment. The school currently has 1,400 learners, 65 permanent employees and 300 temporary lecturers from education and the business world. EIGSI's main mission is to prepare general engineers for their responsibilities, with scientific, technical and human skills in line with the needs of companies. This training aims not only to make the young graduate quickly operational upon entering the workplace, but above all to give them the ability to evolve in the exercise of their functions, in a multicultural environment in perpetual change. The functions concerned belong to the fields of research, studies, design, industrialization, production, operation and marketing. On February 6, 2020, EIGSI, a general engineering school, joined the ISAE Group, a global center for training and research in aeronautics and space. With nearly a third of EIGSI graduates already in the field of aeronautics and space, joining the ISAE Group as a partner school represents an opportunity to further develop the sensitivity and vocation of students from La Rochelle and Casablanca for this sector, the flagship of industry in France and experiencing very strong growth in Morocco.
