Innov'up Leader PIA 4

The Île-de-France Region supports, through its Innov’up financing range, with the State and in partnership with Bpifrance, innovative projects carried out by SMEs and mid-sized companies in the Ile-de-France region.
The proposed projects must be part of the priorities of the Impact 2028 regional strategy for growth, employment and innovation in Île-de-France and particularly target the following sectors:

Aeronautics, space and defense,
Agriculture, agri-food and nutrition, forestry,
Automobile and mobility,
Industry of the Future/Robotics,
Energy of the future (including hydrogen),
Digital (including quantum, cybersecurity, big data, high performance computing, cultural and creative industries, digital infrastructure, artificial intelligence, internet of things, fintech, software, networks, smart grid),
Health (including bioproduction, biotechnologies, medical devices, silver economy),
Tourism, sport and leisure,
Region – Sustainable and intelligent city (including eco-activities, energy, biomaterials, sustainable (re)construction, waste, smart cities, services).
To be eligible for the system, companies must meet these cumulative criteria:

Be an SME or ETI created at the time of submitting the application file (have a SIRET number and be able to provide a K-Bis extract),
Be an SME or mid-sized company located in Île-de-France (head office or secondary establishment carrying out R&D there),
Be in a healthy financial situation and have sufficient equity and quasi-equity to carry out the planned project.
Projects submitted by ETIs must fall within one of the following 5 themes:

Industry of the future/Robotics,
Quantum,
Cybersecurity,
Hydrogen,
Bioproduction, Health or any other industrial sector linked to a national acceleration strategy.
